Return and exchange terms

Please inspect the product immediately after receiving it.

All products purchased on the Ausan Workshops website will be provided with a 7-day return and exchange guarantee if there are quality issues. Requests for return or exchange of products for any other reasons, including: purchase errors, repeated purchases, dislike of the product, failure to pay attention to the product description, etc., will not be accepted. .

If it takes more than 7 days to receive the goods, no return or exchange application will be processed.

Products can only be returned or exchanged once. If the product has been exchanged, no refund will be accepted.

Each exchange only provides one product of the same model for selection. If the customer cannot accept the quality of the exchange, he must return it immediately and apply for a refund via WhatsApp (+85255777467). In this case, administrative fees will be deducted from all refunds, and postage will not be charged. Request a refund.

You need to ensure that the product is in the same condition as when it was exchanged. If there is any man-made damage to the product or packaging, Ausan Workshop reserves the right to refuse refunds and exchanges.

If the goods are lost, damaged or damaged during transportation (including express delivery and transportation), the company is not responsible and does not provide returns or exchanges.

The company reserves the right to make the final decision on products that need to be returned or exchanged. If the product has minor flaws in coloring or printing, and is judged to be acceptable by our staff, we will not be able to process the return or exchange request.
